Spicey Pepper Infused Vodka

Ingredients

  • 6 peppers, use jalapenos, serranos, poblanos, etc
  • 750 ml vodka

Instructions

  1. The seeds are what carry the most heat of a pepper, so remove these.
  2. Cut the pepper in half lengthwise. Push the core of the pepper and the seeds out.
  3. Cut the peppers up, add to jar with the bottle of vodka.
  4. Infuse for about 2 days.
