Ingredients
- 120 ml (4 fl oz) filtered water
- 2 Tb sugar
- 2 Tb rice vinegar
- 4 Tb fish sauce
- 4 limes, juice of
- ½ carrot, grated
- 1 large garlic clove, finely grated
- 4 bird's eye chillies, finely sliced
Instructions
- Place the water and sugar into a jug, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, stir well, and then transfer the mixture into an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
