Finished mustard for sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 225 g grainy mustard, recipe below
  • 150 g cooked mustard paste, recipe below
  • 75 g water
  • 75 g white distilled vin
  • 8 g salt
  • 2 g turmeric

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients on high until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate.

Mustard Paste

Ingredients

  • 50 g water
  • 50 g white distilled vinegar
  • 50 g dried mustard powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk ingredients
  2. Simmer on high for 4-5 min

Grainy Mustard

Ingredients

  • 100 g brown mustard seeds
  • 100 g yellow mustard seeds
  • 250 g white distilled vinegar
  • 250 g water or beer
  • 50 g cider vinegar
  • 12 g salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients, cover, and let sit at room temperature for 7 days.
  2. Use an immersion blender to puree for 4-5 mins.
