Finished mustard for sandwich.
Ingredients
- 225 g grainy mustard, recipe below
- 150 g cooked mustard paste, recipe below
- 75 g water
- 75 g white distilled vin
- 8 g salt
- 2 g turmeric
Instructions
- Blend ingredients on high until smooth.
- Refrigerate.

Ingredients
- 50 g water
- 50 g white distilled vinegar
- 50 g dried mustard powder

- Whisk ingredients
- Simmer on high for 4-5 min
Grainy Mustard
Ingredients
- 100 g brown mustard seeds
- 100 g yellow mustard seeds
- 250 g white distilled vinegar
- 250 g water or beer
- 50 g cider vinegar
- 12 g salt
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, cover, and let sit at room temperature for 7 days.
- Use an immersion blender to puree for 4-5 mins.
