Ingredients
- ½ C red bell pepper
- ¼ C scallions
- ¼ C Dijon mustard
- ¼ C mayo
- 2 Tb shallots, chopped
- 2 Tb fresh parsely, chopped
- 2 Tb honey
- 1 Tb lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- salt + pepper

Ingredients
- 1 Tb capers, drained
- ½ C mayonnaise
- 1 Tb Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Louisiana-style hot sauce
- ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp ground paprika
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 Tb finely sliced green onion
- 1 Tb finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt to taste (Optional)
Instructions
- Prepare remoulade sauce by crushing capers in a mixing bowl with the back of a fork
- Add mayonnaise, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cayenne, paprika, garlic, green onion, parsley, and lemon juice
- Whisk to combine
