Ingredients

  • ½ C red bell pepper
  • ¼ C scallions
  • ¼ C Dijon mustard
  • ¼ C mayo
  • 2 Tb shallots, chopped
  • 2 Tb fresh parsely, chopped
  • 2 Tb honey
  • 1 Tb lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • salt + pepper

Ingredients

  • 1 Tb capers, drained
  • ½ C mayonnaise
  • 1 Tb Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Louisiana-style hot sauce
  • tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp ground paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tb finely sliced green onion
  • 1 Tb finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • salt to taste (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare remoulade sauce by crushing capers in a mixing bowl with the back of a fork
  2. Add mayonnaise, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cayenne, paprika, garlic, green onion, parsley, and lemon juice
  3. Whisk to combine
