Corn Chowder

Ingredients
- 6 cans cream corn, 14.75 oz ea.
- 2 cans whole corn, 14.75 oz ea.
- 1 lb maple bacon
- 1 vidalia onion, large, minced
- 1 lb bag Orida hash brown, diced
- 1 qt light cream
- 1 Tb thyme, fresh, chopped
- salt, pepper, cayenne, to taste
Instructions
- Crisp bacon, reserve 1-2 Tb rendered fat.
- Sweat onions in bacon fat with 1/4 tsp salt.
- Add all ingredients to a crock pot, set temperature to high.
