Beer Battered Fried Fish

Ingredients
- 100 g AP Flour
- 100 g Rice Flour
- 2 g Salt
- 2 g Baking Powder
- 12 oz Beer, lager or Pils
Instructions
- Heat frying oil to 375 F.
- Mix both flours, and set aside 50g of mixture.
- Add remain dry ingredients to the 150g flour mixture.
- Stir in beer slowly to make a slurry like batter, looser than normal, with a paint-like consistancy.
- Dredge fish in the 50g dry mixture.
- Put fish in wet batter, drain off excess.
- Fry ~4 minutes or until crispy and deeply golden brown.
